Tracy is the community and program associate director of the Collective Impact Forum, a field building initiative to provide resources to support complex collaborative efforts better address social and environmental problems. She joined the CI Forum team in 2014, and produces a variety of the Forum’s online learning vehicles and resources, including webinars, virtual coffees, and podcasts, as well supporting the Forum’s online communications, website, and managing in-person learning events and trainings. Tracy works with CI Forum and FSG team members, along with program partners, co-catalysts, and Forum members to shape and execute CI Forum programming, content, and community efforts. Prior to joining the Forum, Tracy served for over 10 years at the nonprofit think tank The National Bureau of Asian Research, where she managed research projects, project grants, online communications, websites, and online communities. From 2013-2017, she also served as lead of Read with Pride NW, a nonprofit volunteer initiative that was part of the writing nonprofit Old Growth Northwest. Read with Pride NW supported community events around LGBTQIA romance stories, and launched the first free conference celebrating queer romance fiction in the Pacific Northwest, in partnership with the Seattle Public Library and Gay City.
