We’re talking with Ellen Kahler, Executive Director at the Vermont Sustainable Jobs Fund (VSJF), about their experience helping strengthen leadership skills across their initiative. VSJF serves as the backbone for Vermont Farm to Plate (F2P), a statewide collective impact initiative to strengthen Vermont’s food system.

This new study, more than a year in the making, looks at the question of “To what extent and under what conditions does the collective impact approach contribute to systems and population changes?”
