Build Back Better: Implementing Collective Impact During COVID-19 Response and Reconstruction

In this video short talk from the 2020 Collective Impact Virtual Convening, Dr. Lauren Smith, Co-CEO of FSG, discusses how the approach and principles of collective impact can be applied to support emergency response and reconstructing systems during the COVID-19 pandemic. She explores the distinction between “recovery” back to a status quo that was flawed and harmful for many in our communities and the idea of “building back better” to create communities that are more resilient, vibrant and successful because they are also more inclusive and equitable.
