Collaboratives and organizations are facing what feels like a chaotic and continuously shifting environment right now, including funding cuts, policy changes, and external threats and challenges that can affect one’s mission, values, and strategy.
The Responding to Threats and Challenges Planning Tool was developed earlier this year to support conversations, alignment, and decision making for collaboratives and teams so that people can better understand their core commitments and act on them during a rapidly changing environment.
In this free virtual office hour, we will go over this planning tool with participants and share a framework for considering one’s approach in this moment using four strategic response domains: Protect, Resist, Build, and Bridge. We will also share other resources for planning and re-prioritizing when facing uncertainty and threats.
Join us on Monday, September 8 from 2pm – 3:30pm ET for an office hour tutorial on using this tool and insights on what to consider when using it with your team or partners. Whatever challenge you are working through, this session will offer a framework to support deeper conversations and strategic action in this time.
NOTE: This office hour will be LIVE-ONLY. No recording will be shared with registrants. AI notetakers are not allowed in the space and will be removed. Please turn off your AI notetakers before joining.
