In this one-hour session, Jen, Courtney and Paul will be answering your questions about ways to approach leading backbone teams, working with partners, and making decisions while navigating the hurdles that often come up while working as a backbone.

What’s a Virtual Office Hour? The Virtual Office Hour is another way to respond to the burning questions of collective impact practitioners. The office hours are casual Q&A sessions: no formal presentations, but rather an opportunity to spend the hour answering questions about a specific topic.
