Advancing Your Collective Impact Work in Today’s Context: Virtual Office Hour

, Online

Collaborative work does not happen in a fixed environment. Leaders today must navigate shifts in policy, funding, and community needs, all while trying to keep their collaborative work and partnerships aligned.

For backbone teams, community partners, and funders, these shifts can raise real questions around ways to move forward. How do we stay focused when community priorities keep changing? How do we support partners who are stretched thin? How do we continue to build trust and make progress in a landscape that keeps evolving?

Advancing Your Collective Impact Work in Today’s Context is a virtual office hour space to bring these questions about your collective work during current times. Our team will share resources and recommendations, drawn from our experience working with collaboratives and the broader field.

Whether you are just getting started or looking to strengthen your current initiative, we invite you to join us for a practical conversation about advancing your work in today’s context.
