At Living Cities, we believe that the innovation with collective impact is not the continuous improvement process outlined in its principles, but rather who is applying it (a cross-sector partnership) and what it is being applied to (complex social problem). This presentation was designed as an interactive workshop for teams of cross-sector leaders applying the principles of collective impact to address complex social problems in U.S. cities to self-assess the structures and behaviors of their cross-sector partnerships, and also understand some patterns and misalignments that can be detrimental to their ability to achieve their intended results.
