During the "Champions for Change" Backbone Workshop in San Francisco in February 2014, participants broke into four groups based on the stage of development of their collective impact projects to discuss three questions: - What is going well? - What is challenging? - What tools are you using to break through? The following document details the overall themes that came out of that activity for each question by phase of initiative.

Thanks for the note, Christianne. Could you please say more about what you are looking to explore in the survey / evaluation? If you have not yet seen the "Guide to Evaluating Collective Impact" on this site, that may be a good place to start. Thanks! Jen
