Outcome 1: Babies are born healthy: Infant Mortality Rate, Low Birthweight Rate, Teen Birth Rate
Outcome 2: Children enter Kindergarten ready to succeed in school: Percent Demonstrating Readiness on the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment.
Outcome 3: Children and youth achieve at grade level in school: Percent Meeting or Exceeding Readiness in Math and English Language Arts/Literacy in Grades 3 and 8 on the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers (PARCC), Percent Reaching Advanced or Proficient Levels in Reading and Math in Grades 4 and 8 on teh National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP).
Outcome 4:Youth graduate high school prepared for the next step without remediation: 4 and 5 Year Adjusted Cohort High School Graduation Rate and the Collge Remediation Rate.
Outcome 5: Youth earn quality post-secondary credential or receive training and are career ready: Post- Secondary Enrollment, 6 Year College Graduation Rate, and Youth Unemployment Rate.
