Hi Tracy,

Thanks for the quick response. When I click on the link to download the toolkit, a new window pops up. However, the downloading process stops about 1/3 of the way. I refreshed my browser on Google Chrome and also repeated the steps to download the PDF on Internet Explorer but I was not successful in these follow-up attempts. I'm not sure if it's a technology issue on my end or if it's an issue with the file itself. I am usually able to download PDFs, even those that are larger in size. I'd appreciate any help. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing this, Kristine. This is the first time we've heard of the issue happening. I tried IE, Chrome (and my home browser, Firefox) and was not able to replicate the situation you experienced. What I will do is email you the toolkit directly.

It might be good to test downloading other files that are 2mb+ in size to see if you find this happening in other places.
